Where are you located?
The Vinyl Hut is based out of Southern Alberta Canada but most products are shipped worldwide.
How can I place an order?
You can browse my products on my website and add your favorite items to the cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
As of Mar 25, 2025, I accept all major cards (processed securely with Stripe Payments) and also a few other options such as cash, cheque, and e-transfer if those suit you better. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can. If you purchased something that you didn't intend to or need to cancel a specific product, please reach out immediately, as once I start production of your order, you can no longer change your order. Additionally, if your order status is 'shipped' or 'fulfilled' you are unable to make additions or edits to your order. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can view estimated shipping costs and current availability at checkout, or feel free to contact me!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing times vary by product, but most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. If you placed a bulk order or are a wholesaler, delivery times may be slightly longer due to the amount of product that needs to be made. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us.
Do you accept return or exchanges?
Yes. I want you to love your purchase! If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your item. Due to the handmade nature of my products, I may not accept returns on personalized or custom items unless there is a defect or error.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me with a photo of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue for you.
