Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility & Application
    Wholesale partnerships are open to all legitimate retail businesses, including but not limited to gift shops, boutiques, cafés, and online stores. All applications are subject to approval.
     
  2. Ordering & Minimums
    - Minimum order quantities may apply (currently no minimum).
    - Orders must be placed through my website using your unique discount code provided when you were accepted as a retailor. If you can't find or don't remember your code, reach out, and I will send it to you again.
    - I reserve the right to adjust minimums at any time.
     
  3. Pricing & Payment
    - Wholesale pricing is based on a 40% reduction in price to most if not all products currently available.
    - Pricing and discounts are subject to change WITH notice.
     
  4. Shipping & Delivery
    - Standard lead time for wholesale order processing and shipping is 3-12 business days depending on the size of your order, and the current state of outgoing orders.
    - Free standard shipping applies to all wholesale orders and is automatically deducted at checkout.
  5. Returns & Exchanges
    - Returns are accepted for wholesale order for 30 days after delivery. Products being returned must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. Any products that are returned in less-than-new conditions are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any products that should have been returned but are not received (this includes marketing materials, displays, etc.) WILL incur a 100% restocking fee per product.
    -Return shipping costs will be covered by The Vinyl Hut and a return shipping label will be provided in the event that your return request is accepted.
  6. Usage & Branding
    - Retailers are encouraged to use any and all materials and branding assets (if provided) to promote products.
    - Unauthorized use of The Vinyl Hut branding or designs outside of agreed parameters is prohibited.
  7. Exclusivity & Custom Orders
    - Standard wholesale agreements are non-exclusive
    -Custom or exclusive designs may be negotiated separately.
  8. Termination
    - Either party may terminate the wholesale agreement with 30 days written notice.
    - Any outstanding orders WILL be fulfilled and sent.
  9. Updates to These Terms
    - These terms and conditions can and will be updated. I will do my best to let everyone know of any updates ahead of time.

Lead Times

Wholesale orders typically ship within 3-12 business days depending on order volume and currently outstanding orders.

Returns

I will accept returns within 30 days as long as all contents are returned including any promotional content, displays, etc. sent in the original order. Any items not returned are subject to original pricing fees.
