🔄 Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A $5.00 flat rate return shipping fee will be applied
  • Please contact us before returning an item to receive return approval.

💳 Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, with a maximum processing time of 3 days non-card payments after receiving the returned item. For card payments, the time from when your refund is issued to the time it is reflected in your bank account will depend on your providers policies.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔁 Replacements:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 30 days of delivery.
  • To request a replacement, contact us with a photo of the issue.
  • After review, and IF we accept the request, we will remake and resend your order at no additional cost.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
