Eligibility & Application

Wholesale partnerships are available to approved retail businesses, including (but not limited to) gift shops, boutiques, cafés, and online stores. All wholesale applications are subject to review and approval by The Vinyl Hut.

Wholesale Account Access

  • Wholesale pricing, products, and shipping benefits are available only to approved wholesale customers who are signed into their Shopify customer account.
  • You must sign in using the same email address that was used to apply for and receive approval for wholesale access.
  • If you sign in using a different email address, wholesale pricing and shipping benefits will not be visible.
  • If you experience issues signing in, cannot access wholesale pricing, or need to update your wholesale email address, please reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.

Ordering & Minimums

  • Wholesale orders must meet the minimum quantity requirements outlined on the wholesale page (currently 4 units per product).
  • All wholesale orders must be placed through The Vinyl Hut website while signed into your approved wholesale account.
  • We reserve the right to adjust minimum order quantities or ordering requirements at any time.

Pricing & Payment

  • Approved wholesale partners receive 40% off eligible products, automatically applied when signed into their wholesale account.
  • Wholesale pricing is consistent across partners, though product eligibility may vary.
  • Prices and wholesale terms may be updated periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to existing wholesale partners in advance.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Wholesale orders are processed and shipped within 3–12 business days, depending on order size and current production volume.
  • Larger orders or periods of high demand may result in extended processing times. We do our best to prioritize wholesale orders whenever possible. In the event that we need extra time to process your order, we will do our best to communicate the delays.

Wholesale Shipping Rates (Flat Rate):

  • Orders $0–$99 → $10 flat-rate shipping
  • Orders $100–$199 → $7 flat-rate shipping
  • Orders $200–$299 → $5 flat-rate shipping
  • Orders $300+ → Free shipping

Shipping rates are applied automatically at checkout based on order total and wholesale account status.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, all wholesale sales are final.

Replacements may be issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Approved replacements will be remade and shipped at no additional cost.

We do not accept wholesale returns for overstock, slow-moving inventory, or change of mind.
